Our program allows experienced players and established teams to be technically and tactically challenged through functional practices and game related situations.
Aspects of nutrition, sports psychology, and flexibility are covered in the program to give players a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the preparation required off the field to enhance player's performance.
The type of coaching experienced during the week of camp will replicate some of the training methods conducted by professional academy programs in Britain and Europe.
The program is aimed at those players and teams who are currently playing Select, Travel, Competitive and High School soccer.
The Youth Development Program lasts 3 or 6 hours a day for 5 days. Each player receives a dri-fit shirt, soccer ball, individual evaluation, SoccerFit workbook and an educational gift.
Players will have online access to individual skill development videos to continue their soccer education.
