FAQ

Are the coaches certified?

Yes, all coaches hold either International or US qualifications and have experience working with children.

How is your team camp structured and what types of activities take place each day?

Our program has a main topic for each day (e.g. Positional Responsibilities) and is typically customized to meet the specific needs of your team based on prior discussions with the team’s coach.
Depending on the age of the players we incorporate health education covering nutrition and fitness for soccer.
We offer Half-Day Team Camps (3 hrs each day) and Full-Day Team Camps (6 hrs each day), that run Monday through Friday.

What equipment does my child require?

Your child should bring a ball (unless part of the program), cleats and must have shinguards to participate in team camp activities.

What should my child bring to camp?

We recommend each child bring plenty of water, sun protection (sun tan lotion, hat, etc) and a snack. Lunch is only required if your child is attending a full day team program.

Do you provide water?

We do not typically provide water at our camps therefore children must bring their own.

Is there shade provided at the camp?

We will do our best to ensure your child has access to shade where feasible. If there is no natural shade we will try and have the organization we work with set up a shaded area.

Am I required to stay at camp?

It’s flexible whether you stay at the camp or not.
If you decide to leave, we ask that you return to sign out your child from their coach at the end of camp.

If I order any additional items, will I receive them at the program?

Yes, however camp equipment cannot be guaranteed for children who register less than 10 days prior to the camp.

Is my child allowed to walk or ride their bike to and from the team camp?

Yes, but only if the parent signs our authorization form and the child must be 10 years of age or older.

What happens if there is bad weather or an act of god?

Should inclement weather or acts of god affect the program any lost hours will be made up in the camp week. Unfortunately, if this is not possible, we do not issue refunds.

Do you provide sign up incentives?

Yes, team camps typically receive a group discount, which is generally coordinated with the team’s coach.

Can I host a coach?

Yes, contact our head office or speak to your programs Regional Director for more information.
