What are our expectations when attending a program during Covid-19?
Your child should bring their own hand sanitizer to the program and a mask is recommended. Children must not share their water bottles, any food or soccer equipment.
Parents are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their child’s equipment and apparel after each day at the program. It is recommended that you check your child’s temperature every day before the start of the program. State and local health requirements should be adhered to.
Are the coaches certified?
Yes, all coaches hold either International or US qualifications and have experience working with children.
My child has never played soccer before, so will your camp be suitable?
Yes, our programs cater for all ages and ability levels including players that are new to the game.
How is your camp structured and what types of activities take place each day?
Our program has a main topic for each day (e.g. Dribbling). Our curriculum is designed based on the child’s age and ability.
We focus on fun games and story based activities that are developmentally appropriate. Each day concludes with a World Cup competition.
Depending on the age of the child we incorporate a ‘UK Quiz’ and International Day.
Our inspire curriculum develops the whole person and helps them achieve their goals on and off the field.
We offer Mini-Camps (1.5 hrs each day) and Half-Day Camps (3 hrs each day) that run Monday to Friday.
Can my child attend the full-day program?
No, unfortunately your child must be 8 years of age or older due to the physical demands of the full-day program.
What equipment does my child require and what if we don’t have the correct items?
Your child should bring a ball (unless part of the program) and must have shinguards to participate in camp activities, no exceptions. Cleats are not a necessity.
How should my child dress for camp?
We recommend children wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks, shinguards and cleats. Alternative footwear is okay if you do not have soccer cleats, but no baseball or football cleats.
What should my child bring to camp?
Apart from shinguards, a ball (if not part of the program), soccer attire and appropriate footwear, we recommend each child bring plenty of water, sun protection (sun tan lotion, hat, etc.) and a snack.
Do you provide water?
We do not typically provide water at our camps therefore children must bring their own.
Do I need to provide a snack?
We recommend that children bring a light snack each day.
Is there shade provided at the camp?
We will do our best to ensure your child has access to shade where feasible. If there is no natural shade we will try and have the organization we work with set up a shaded area.
What if my child needs to go to the bathroom?
The coach will either take the whole group or those children that need to go, with the remainder of the group being supervised by another coach.
Am I required to stay at camp?
It’s flexible whether you stay at the camp or not.
If you decide to leave, we ask that you return to sign out your child from their coach at the end of camp.
Do we automatically receive a soccer ball as part of the program?
No, it depends on the program as some include a ball as part of the camp cost and others do not. Please check your camp details for more specifics.
If I order any additional items, will I receive them at the program?
Yes, however camp equipment cannot be guaranteed for players who register less than 10 days prior to the camp.
Do you provide any position specific programs?
Not for this age group, however children can take part in our Activity Fun Zone program, which typically takes place on a Saturday morning.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, but all refunds are subject to a $25 admin fee and no refund is provided for cancellation within 10 days of the camp start date, including any program canceled due to Covid-19.
However, you can receive a full refund via a gift card or if you transfer to any future program, which will not be subject to the $25 admin fee.
What happens if there is bad weather or an act of god?
Should inclement weather or acts of god affect the program any lost hours will be made up in the camp week. Unfortunately, if this is not possible, we do not issue refunds.
Can we register for a camp the weekend prior or just show up on the day of camp?
Our programs allow sign ups over the weekend prior to the program starting and most programs allow walk-ons, but cannot be guaranteed so we always recommend registering beforehand.
Please note that a $10 late fee is applied when registering less than 10 days prior to the start of camp.
What if my child has to leave the program due to injury or illness?
You will receive a pro rated refund, however doctor's verification may be required.
